When you order your Andreano gloves you have to know that your gloves do not exist yet: they are made to measure only when you have decided to buy them.
Our artisans begin to stretch the skin of the color you have chosen on the table until it is perfectly spread. Only with the use of scissors and caliber, an expert clipper draws from the fabric the dials, thumbs and longette that will eventually make up your gloves.
With the paper pattern made to measure for the size and shape of your hands design the shapes that, only thanks to skilful mastery and experience, can be cut out and modeled enhancing the leather characteristics. The tailors of our laboratory will then take care of sewing by hand or by machine, depending on the model you have chosen: they will also guarantee you, just according to the ancient traditions of “equipment”, to receive at home a pair of gloves perfectly shiny and ironed.
In our laboratory there are artisans who have the task of dealing only with packaging. They do this by paying attention to every single detail, with a meticulous care and careful control of the quality of the product before the box is sent to your home with the content perfectly matching the one you purchased.
They are many steps, made with dedication, love and precision. For this reason we ask you to be patient for at least 5 working days to ensure that the manufacturing process is completed. For some types of gloves, more complex and entirely hand-stitched like Alain, Dino, Federico, Walter, Max, Antonio and Sean it takes up to 7 days. A wait that, we promise you, will be amply rewarded by the beauty and the preciousness of your handcrafted gloves by Andreano.
